Product / Coordinated range

Cards and wearables planned as one property access family.

A coordinated access set can align room cards, guest wristbands, staff credentials, artwork and replenishment rules. Each format is still checked separately against its system and use case.

Specification

Four decisions before artwork.

The visible design is approved only after the functional brief is understood.

  1. 01

    Guest and staff product map

Record the exact proposed construction and supplied documentation.

  2. 02

    Shared artwork system

Define the guest-facing finish without obscuring production limits.

  3. 03

    Credential requirements by format

Confirm how the product will be issued, used and replaced.

  4. 04

    Packing and replenishment plan

Keep the agreed requirement in the production and reorder record.

Compatibility boundary

The product body does not determine the credential.

Frequency, memory, encoding and system rules are confirmed separately. If compatibility cannot be established, the order should not proceed as an access credential.

Build the brief

Confirm the product and credential together.

Share the property, destination, product direction and any system information already available. No information is transmitted from this design prototype.
